Virtual Training

I train you in the comfort and safety of both of our homes via FaceTime or Zoom.

You can have 50 square feet and a towel, or you can have a Total Gym with

Chuck Norris himself sitting on it.

Whatever you've got, we can work with it.

(You should really ask Chuck to pay rent though.)

Nutrition Coaching

Need someone to slap the pizza out of your hands? Well I'm not the chick for that because pizza is f*ckin delicious and if I'm slapping it out of your hands, then I'm picking it up and eating it myself.
 

But what I can do is work with you to cultivate nutritional habits that are sustainable and support your overall wellness. We'll figure out what makes you feel ready to conquer the world!

A Lil' Bit of Everything

You want the whole kit and caboodle. Lucky for you, I'm a '90s kid and have Caboodles to spare (I loved those things). Get virtual training and nutrition coaching all in one fell swoop. Enough idioms for you in this description?

Online Programming

You're no stranger to the exercise game and your form is magnifique! ::chef's kiss::.

You just need some help putting together a program to follow for yourself. I got you, boo. You tell me your goals, hopes, and dreams, and I send you a shiny PDF with what to do.

In-Person Training

I come to your home or home gym and we rock it out together! I supply my portable equipment, you supply the sweat

(and anything you'd like to use).

*Under normal circumstances, In-person training is available in select areas of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Nassau County, NY.

However, circumstances are ANYTHING but normal right now, so in-person training is suspended until further notice.

A quick note about these crazy times:

4 sessions consist of weekly meetings,  75 minutes in length. 60 minutes is spent training and 15 is spent nutrition coaching. 8 sessions consist of twice-weekly meetings. One meeting per week will be 75 minutes in length, where 60 minutes is spent training and 15 is spent nutrition coaching.  The second meeting is 60 minutes of training.

The boring (but important!) fine print:

  • Payments can be made by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or mailed check. There are no refunds. Checks must be received no later than 3 days after your first scheduled session. If check is not received after 3 days and/or by the second scheduled session, that session and any other previously scheduled session will be cancelled until payment is received, and all future payments must be made electronically.
     

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Clients are allowed one emergency cancellation per month with no roll over. Any other session canceled outside of 24 hours will be charged in full.
     

  • All clients are required to sign a standard liability waiver and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). These must be submitted before the first scheduled session or before any online programming is sent. Incomplete documentation will result in postponement of previously scheduled sessions until both completed forms are submitted.
